These are the people who stand in line to get their checks cashed and then drive all over town to pay their bills in cash. This method of paying bills is inconvenient, expensive and dangerous. These same groups of consumers who don’t have a bank account DO have cell phones. They are quite technologically educated and keep up with the latest technologies. Coupons and the C3 Coupon Book
How do we get this package into the hands of the untraditional bank customers? With coupons. This segment of the population is always looking for ways to save money and they respond well to coupons. We will offer coupons from each of our corporate sponsors target a specific need of the consumer. The coupons will be delivered to the consumer in a C3 Coupon Book, already one of the most popular coupon books in the country.

How the Coupon Book works.
The C3 Coupon Book is sold to the customer or is some cases given to the consumer for free. In addition to hundreds of dining, shopping and service coupons it contains three very prominent coupons in the front of the book.

Coupon #1 – New Bank Account
Inside the book is a stand-alone coupon from our bank partner. The coupon prompts the customer to call a toll-free number to receive a debit card with an initial balance equal to the price of the book. The customer just broke even!

Upon acceptance of the Citibank debit card, the customer is offered a free Motorola cellular phone when they accept an unlimited service contract from our service provider partner at a great monthly rate. Upon acceptance of the service contract, the customer is offered an opportunity to have the monthly service fee paid automatically when they sign up for electronic banking services.

The phones will be delivered by UPS.

The customer just got a new phone with a great plan, got their money back on the Coupon Book and a new bank account.

Coupon #2 - Motorola
Also inside the book is a stand-alone coupon from Motorola.
The coupon prompts the customer to call a toll-free number to receive a free Motorola cellular phone contingent on the customer accepting the unlimited service contract at a great monthly rate. Upon acceptance of the service contract, the customer is offered an opportunity to have the monthly service fee paid automatically when they sign up for electronic banking services. The customer is also offered a debit card with an initial balance equal to the price of the book. The customer just broke even!
The phones will be delivered by UPS.

Coupon #3
Also inside the book is a stand-alone coupon from our service provider partner. The coupon prompts the customer to call a toll-free number to receive an unlimited service contract for the lowest price in the market. When they sign up for the service contract, they will receive a high-tech Motorola cellular phone for free. Upon acceptance of the unlimted service contract and free Motorola phone, the customer is offered a debit card with an initial balance equal to the price spent on the book and the opportunity to have the service contract fee paid automatically when they sign up for electronic banking services.

The phones will be delivered by UPS.

The customer just got a new phone, got their money back on the Coupon Book and a new bank account.
